Our sheet metal fasteners include rivets, blind rivet nut, self-clinching inserts, welded studs, and shear bolts.
We develop our products to have high performances in all kind of sheet metal, from high to low thickness, and to be installed easily with riveting tools, balers, welding machines.

BLIND RIVET NUTS

Their technical characteristics make possible the installation also where only one side of the workplace is accessible and allow to create a thread when tapping is not possible.
Our threaded inserts are made of different materials, shape and dimensions: steel, stainless steel and aluminium; rounded, knurled, semi-hexagonal and full-hexagonal body; large-flange, small and countersunk head. Open-end or closed-end type. They can be customised according to drawing and the application material, and can be installed directly in painted plates.
We have available professional tools to install the blind rivet nuts, like pneumatic or handheld riveting tools.
SELF-CLINCHING FASTENERS

The resulting mechanical coupling differs from other fastening methods, as the welding process remove the deflecting of the material and gives a strong and low-cost installation process.
Our range of products includes self-clinching nuts, studs, standoffs and captive screws which can be mounted with our professional press-machine.

WELDING FASTENERS

The high quality of our products guarantees high-performances without deflections. They can be used on sheet metal according to the arc or capacitor discharge welding system.
BLIND RIVETS

We offer different type of rivets on the basis of the sheet metal and of the seams that has to be created: standard and knurled blind rivets, structural rivets, multigrip rivets and painted rivets.
Their areas of application are automotive and nautical industry, joinery, and sheet metal processing, among others.
We have available professional equipment to install the rivets like hydropneumatic or battery riveting tools .

SHEAR BOLTS

They are manufactured in aluminium, steel and stainless steel, with domed or countersunk head.
Their areas of application are automotive and nautical industry, joinery, and sheet metal processing, among others.
