Our D-800 arc welding machine is strong and solid-shaped. Its screen shows all welding parameters, errors and settings.

D-800 includes an air system: thanks to a thermic fan, high-frequency and long-term welding are guaranteed.
It can be used with a shrot-src gun K-12 and K-19 to weld with gas or ceramic ferrule.

WHAT IS AN ARC WELDING?

Arc welding join together two metal parts though electrodes. The melting is possible thanks to the high temperatures reached via electricity.

It is called “arc” due to the controlled electric arc generated by the part which has to be welded and the electrode. The electric arc meld the end of the fastener and a portion of the base metal. Once molten, the fastener is plunged into the application point and the two parts are joint together.
In order to have a better result, the air should be eliminated (oxidation) by protecting the electrode with inert gasses.
