C66 is one of the smallest capacitor discharge welding machines available, as compared to other equivalent models on the market. Lightweight, handheld and high-performing, C66’s frontal screen shows the setting parameters and the machine status. Its screen is clear in the sunlight.
Thanks to user-friendly interface and three buttons, the worker is guided through all operations independently from the chosen language.

Hand-held C200ACCU welding machine is one of the most lightweight, handy and easy-to-control capacitor discharge studwelders available, as compared to other equivalent models on the market.
This welding machine has a sequential control system that replicates the voltages with high-precision and consistency, giving uniformity to the welding process.
C200ACCU is equipped with two Makita battery packs and a battery charger.
The batteries allow the welding without using the power grid.
WHAT IS A CAPACITOR DISCHARGE WELDING PROCESS (OR “CAPACITIVE DISCHARGE WELDING”)?
Capacitor discharge (CD) welding has aesthetic and functional benefits, and it’s mainly used with low-thickness materials.
This welding process uses a capacitor bank (a group of several capacitors) that collects and releases energy on a precise point of the stud in ca. 1-3ms (0,001 – 0,003 sec.), creating the welding.
The fasteners welded with this system enters only few tenths of a millimetres in the sheet metal, so there is no need to protect the installation with gas or ceramic ferrule.
